President Biden’s Climate Order directs DOJ to establish an Office of Climate Justice

On Wednesday, January 27, 2021,  additional climate news coming from the White House  includes an order to the Department of Justice to establish an Office of Climate Justice.  This order is focused on “addressing climate change and the disparate effects of pollution on disadvantaged communities.”  The new order provides for a centralized way of focusing environmental justice work.
